The Green Salad

  • One large handful of rocket salad
  • 1 cup full of cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 a cucumber chopped
  • 2 spring onions chopped
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • In actual fact you can use any vegetable or salad greens as you wish


  • 1/2  cup olive or any liquid oil
  • Dried basil
  • Garlic
  • Paprika
  • Black pepper
  • Pinch of salt.

Add all together! Once you have your salad mix in the dressing and you’re done. Bon Appetite!

Eat this kind of meal, you will improve your immune system and help fight off infections that try to harm the body. Salads are full of antioxidants that protect against harmful free-radicals.


The Raw Vegan Cake


  • 1/ pumpkin pulp
  • 1/4   raisins
  • 1/ pine nuts
  • 1 tsp 1 cup sweeter e.g. agarve, honey, maple syrup
  • 1 tp coconut oil
  • 1/2  – 1 tsp spice mix – cinnamon, nutmeg, cayenne, ginger, any available
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Add all the dry ingredients together into a bowl.
  2. You can use a processor, or any type of mixer or just good old fashion mixing in bowl.
  3. Poor mixture in a tin either greased or use baking paper and press in until flat.

Cream topping

  • 1/2  tin of coconut milk
  • 1/2   cup of coconut oil
  • 1/4  cup liquid sweetener or more if you it very sweet

Once blended up layer onto base layer

Caramel topping

  • 4 Medjool date
  • 1/4  cup syrup
  • 1/ vanilla

Blend this into a mixture and pour over the cream layer

Cacao topping

  •  3 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4  cup syrup

Melt these two very gently on a stove, once this is done layer over the caramel and place in the fridge to firm up

The Chocolate Smoothie

  • Serves 1 – 2 people
  • 2 Tbsp. heaps cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup of vegan milk (optional – can use dairy)
  • 1/4 avocado – medium size
  • 2 Tbsp. Chia seeds soaked overnight
  • Sweetener of choice e.g. handful of soft dates or 3 Tbsp of agarve or honey
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Put all into a blend and blend away.  At the end you will have a delicious and very nutritious liquid meal.
